Because of COVID-19, we are checking in with businesses to see how they are adapting to the challenging environment. Today we checked in with Jon Gjoni, the owner of Pastrami House in Berkeley Heights. With the dining room closed, they are offering curb side pickup as well as delivery through multiple platforms. They are also giving free junior sandwiches during lunch hours to the hero first responders.
